TRASH AND GARBAGE: It shall be the responsibility of the TENANT to dispose of all trash and garbage in an appropriate bag and taken to an approved dump station. (Located just before State Park). In the event trash and garbage are left on the premises after departure, (including outside of the rental unit) a deduction will be made to cover the removal of same from the security deposit.
