ORDINANCES AND STATUTES: TENANT shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all Municipal, State, and Federal Authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the use of premises. Tenant agrees for himself and his guests not to use, sell or distribute any substance prohibited by the State of South Carolina Drug Control Act. Persons violating any of these provisions will be immediately removed from the premises and rents and deposit forfeited.

Arcadian Dunes prohibits motorcycles, trailers and campers from the complex grounds.
